Cancellation Policy

In the event there is a need to reschedule or cancel a scheduled appointment, it must be done 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time. If any rescheduling/cancellations are done within the 24 hour mark (prior day) of your appointment’s start time, it will result in a charge of 50% of the service. Cancellations or no shows occurring same day of the scheduled appointment will result in a charge of 100% of the service cost to you. All clients are required to place an active card on file in order to reserve an appointment. Cards are only charged in the event cancellation/reschedule requirements are not met. By booking an appointment, you confirm that you’ve reviewed the full service menu and understand that all prices listed are starting prices. Final pricing may be adjusted during the appointment based on hair length, density, and product usage, if necessary. You also agree not to dispute, cancel, or reverse these transactions (no chargebacks). If any issue arises, you agree to contact the stylist first to resolve the matter directly. Please read the cancellation terms carefully, as they are non-negotiable.
